These BioPack Cold Cups are certified to Australian Standard AS4736-2006, items with this logo need to be disposed of in your General Waste Green or Red Lidded Bin as they can only be composted in a municipal and commercial aerobic composting facility. Unfortunately there is no facility of this kind in our region at this point in time.
Items with the AS4736-2006 logo are certified to have a minimum of 90% biodegradation of plastic materials within 180 days in compost with no toxic effect of the resulting compost on plants and earthworms.
