As seafood scraps become very smelly quickly in our climate they need to be buried in the ground and not left in a bin for days. For domestic customers they should freeze their seafood scraps and place them in the general waste (red or green lidded)bin the morning their bin is serviced. The waste trucks empty the bins within a few hours of collection and the waste is buried at the Landfill.
