Missed Bin Collection

If your bin has not been collected by 6.00pm on your collection day, please report a missed bin using the ‘Make a Request’ link under the ‘More Info’ section at the bottom of the App home screen or contact Council on 1300 790 919 the following morning. 

Your missed bin should remain in the normal collection area, as they will generally be serviced within 2 working days upon reporting to Council.
