Green Waste and clean timber are mulched to a standard grade at the Yeppoon Landfill and Emu Park Waste Facilities. The green waste and timber from other facilities are transported back to the Yeppoon Landfill for mulching. All domestic self-haul green waste loads will be charged a transaction fee, as per the current fees and charges [https://www.livingstone.qld.gov.au/Your-Council/About-Council/Fees-and-Charges] or 1 waste voucher, per load. This fee will off-set some of the costs of maintaining and mulching all green waste as Waste Facilities throughout our Shire. Customers can self-load standard mulch from the Yeppoon Landfill and Emu Park Waste Facilities free of charge at any time. For assistance with loading mulch, check out the Calendar at the bottom left of the App Home Screen to find when the next Free Mulch Loading Day is on at Yeppoon Landfill or Emu Park Waste Facility.
